• You have sudden or continuous abdominal pain • You have vaginal bleeding • You think your waters may have broken • You have concerns about your baby’s pattern of movement after 24 weeks of pregnancy • You have severe itching, particularly on your hands and feet (with no obvious rash) • Your blood pressure is raised and you have protein in your urine (your community midwife or doctor may refer you for this) • You feel unwell with a persistent headache, severe pain under your ribs, swelling in face and hands, and/or you have blurred vision • You have a high temperature/fever
